“Vini” is the heartbeat of HEARt. She is our practice manager with two decades of devotion to the hearing field.

Whether it’s checking-in patients, scheduling appointments, doing reminder-calls, verifying insurance coverage, acting as a liaison with our many laboratories for new orders and repairs, handling all financial and bookkeeping responsibilities or simply conversing about families and pets, Vini keeps the office humming, organized and most importantly, fun, welcoming and even “homey.”

She is a favorite with patients and a treasure to us.
